Points from Florida Tickets

The point system is a calibrate scale that assigns relative values to convictions .

Point Suspensions

Points are assigned based on the character of conviction and remain on the driver record for at least five years from the date of disposition ( conviction ). If a driver accumulates excessively many points in a jell time ensnare, their repel privileges will be suspended .
